The minimum stay is 10 nights. A lovely and cosy one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, with a magnificent view and in the old town of Villajoyosa. This apartment has renovated and decorated to a high standard this Spring. It comprises of one bedroom with an Ottoman double bed and storage space underneath, also shelves for more storage or clothes, a modern toilet with a walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room where there is a sofa-bed, Smart TV, dining table and chairs and the magnificent view of Villajoyosa and the sea. Aircon unit is in the lounge and a brand new smart tv you can stream to from your mobile date. Wi-Fi is also available thoughout. As you enter the main door from the street, there is a big entrance hall to the building where beach chairs and bicycles can be safely stored during your stay. This apartment is a very good option if you want to stay in the heart of the village, enjoy a magnificent view, hear the sea and the waves. It is a 2 min walk from the beach and seafront restaurants.
